I tried to make a post but could not. There is nothing to click on in order to make a post. (maybe admin. needs to enable it for members)

I can't because there is nothing to take a screenshot of. I made a post on the "Shoutout" but there was nothing for me to click so my "Shoutout" was never posted. As it now sits, you the admin. are the only one who can post on the "Shoutout". What I'm saying is that there is no way for members to post their comments on the "Shoutout". EDIT: I meant to say "Shoutbox".
